A backordered item is an item that was out of stock when we shipped your order and which we will automatically ship to you when the item is received back into our stock. You will only pay one shipping charge per order even if there are backorders. Sometimes we may cancel your order for an item instead of backordering it. We will notify you on the first invoice if we do that.
If you don’t like what you got from us send it right back to us. We will give you an immediate refund or credit to your card. We will give no refunds nor credits for returns that arrive more than 30 days from the date of our shipment to you.
Don’t wait to return it — please send it back as soon as you can.
Return a copy of our invoice, or tell us the invoice number.
Tell us what was wrong with the item.
If the item is a candle and you have used part of it we won’t take it back.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included.
Damaged Items If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately at (219) 362-6202 and report it. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.
$9.90 plus actual shipping charges. When you charge your order to a Credit Card we can charge the shipping to your credit card. We must have your email address in order to notify you of the actial charges.
